In September 2026, Interstellar Inc. d/b/a InterstellarM2M signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement with WorldTel Corporation. CearioTrader is software developed and 100% owned by WorldTel Corporation: a professional platform for carbon credit trading, compliance and portfolio management.

Interstellar is the field and client partner. We find and prepare projects, bring buyers to the platform, train users, and provide the monitoring data that supports each listing.

Interstellar has tracked physical assets since 2020. Interstellar Green applies the same machine-to-machine technology to environmental assets, what we call SeenAndUnseen™: trees and soils you can see, and emissions you cannot.

Tree projects

We help farmers and communities turn tree planting and reforestation into registry-ready carbon projects, with tree-level data from the first planting.

Machine monitoring (dMRV)

Sensors on kilns, cookstoves, landfill gas systems and ship engines record what actually happened, sign each reading with a YAF® device identity, and send it to the verifier.

Project documentation, monitoring plans and data packages prepared for independent validation and the registry the project chooses.

Brokerage on CearioTrader

Verified credits listed on CearioTrader, buyers introduced and supported, and retirements recorded in the buyer's name.

Ship monitoring

Fuel and emissions data, straight from the vessel.

Onboard sensors measure fuel use and engine operation and produce tamper-evident records that ship operators can use for EU MRV, EU ETS and FuelEU Maritime reporting, and as evidence for emissions-reduction claims.

    Field sensors and tree surveys record activity at the source.

    Sign

    Each reading carries a YAF® device fingerprint, so data cannot be swapped or edited unnoticed.

    Verify

    An accredited, independent verification body reviews the data. Interstellar never verifies its own work.

    Issue & list

    The registry issues credits, which the owner lists on CearioTrader.

    Trade & retire

    Buyers purchase through the platform and retire each credit by serial number, so it counts once and can never be resold.

Carbon markets work only when buyers trust the numbers. These rules apply to every project we support.

Independent verification
Credits are verified by accredited third parties, never by Interstellar or the project developer.
Registry serial numbers
Every credit sold is traceable to a registry issuance and retired once.
Host-country rules
Projects follow the laws and authorisation requirements of the country where they are located.
Communities first
Benefit-sharing with farmers and communities is written into project agreements.
Honest labels
Donations and sponsorships are never sold as offsets.
